You'll have the freedom and support to design personalized therapy plans, help patients regain independence , and work closely with a close-knit team that values thoughtful, collaborative care. Whether you're restoring motor function, guiding families through the recovery journey, or adjusting care plans based on patient progress, your work will make a daily impact in real and lasting ways.

You'll need an active OTR/L license and NBCOT certification , and while experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is appreciated, we're just as excited to meet new grads who are eager to learn, grow, and serve. What's most important is your ability to connect-with patients, families, and your fellow caregivers-and your commitment to showing up with compassion every single day.
