The Opportunity
We’re looking for Growth Hackers - dynamic, creative people with a growth-obsessed mindset, the hustle of a startup founder, and the ingenuity of a hacker. This is not a traditional role; it’s a hands-on builder’s role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can creatively reach and scale audiences at low cost, and is ready to drive Ethos into its next chapter. The compensation structure is heavily weighted towards results and token ownership, offering a bold talented and energetic individual virtually unlimited upside.
What You’ll Do
Learn AI-First Growth Strategy: Learn and leverage AI tools, community engagement, and innovative marketing tactics to reach a large audience.
Community & User Acquisition: Find and scale new user acquisition channels—think viral campaigns, guerrilla marketing, and unconventional tactics in crypto spaces.
AI-Enhanced Outreach: Harness AI-driven tools for content creation, distribution, and engagement across social platforms, forums, and decentralized networks.
Product Evolution: Work closely with engineering to align product campaigns with user growth and engagement goals
What We’re Looking For
✅ Creative Growth Hacker: Proven experience in creatively growing user bases or communities at low cost, preferably in crypto or tech.✅ AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools for marketing, content distribution, and engagement.
✅ Crypto-Savvy: Deep understanding of crypto culture, channels, and communities.
✅ Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to roll up sleeves and drive execution.
✅ Resilience & Adaptability: Experience navigating uncertainty and turning challenges into opportunities.
✅ Excellent Storyteller: Strong communication skills to engage both the community and stakeholders.
✅ Quant Skills: Ability to understand the impact of cost and revenue to reach financial oriented goals.
