Customer Operations Sr Representative
Location: St Paul, MN - Hybrid/Remote| Type: W2 Contract (1-year)
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Overview
We’re seeking a positive, enthusiastic , and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment. In this role, you’ll gain a deep understanding of Securian’s Employer Market and product offerings, while applying your problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner , adaptable to new systems and procedures, and able to balance independent decision-making with knowing when to seek guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process applications for Portability, Conversions, and Continuation .
Research and resolve issues using sound judgment.
Obtain missing information through follow-up—via email, correspondence templates, or phone calls.
Manage and respond to the team inbox; fulfill customer and client requests.
Ensure all work meets quality and security standards and is completed within service-level agreements.
Qualifications
Strong data entry speed and accuracy .
Proven ability to meet departmental quality goals.
Strong internal and external customer focus.
Excellent prioritization and adaptability to change.
Professional, positive, and collaborative work style.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
