We’re representing a leading South Florida General Contractor/Developer looking for a seasoned Estimator to join their preconstruction team in Miami. This is a key role with long-term growth potential, working on some of the region’s most high-profile projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead estimating for commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments across South Florida.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid packages.
• Manage subcontractor outreach, pricing, and negotiation.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and executive leadership to deliver winning proposals.
• Ensure all estimates are competitive, accurate, and aligned with project goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor or Developer in South Florida.
• Strong background in commercial or mixed-use construction.
• Excellent understanding of local subcontractor markets and pricing.
• Proficiency with estimating software and strong attention to detail.
• Track record of delivering high-quality bids on time.
