This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an innovative startup redefining a traditional industry by integrating AI-powered solutions. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and scaling workflows powered by large language models, delivering real-time insights for professional users. Working primarily with TypeScript and modern backend technologies, you will collaborate closely with customers to tailor the platform while contributing to the evolution of a category-defining product. This position supports remote work with occasional travel to San Francisco and offers a competitive compensation package including equity.

Accountabilities

• Develop and scale AI-driven workflows to provide real-time insights for end users in a specialized professional field.
• Work across the full technology stack, mainly using TypeScript, integrating services such as Redis, Postgres, and AWS.
• Design, test, and iterate on asynchronous workflows using tools like XState.
• Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and customize platform features to meet their needs.
• Contribute to prompt engineering, experimentation frameworks, and development of internal tools.
• Lead new product vertical initiatives and influence the ongoing development of the platform.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a passion for practical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, which comprises the majority of the codebase.
• Experience with backend systems including Redis, Postgres, and AWS platform services.
• Familiarity with asynchronous workflows, LLM (large language model) integration, or tools such as XState is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with customers directly.
• A startup mindset: resourceful, curious, and highly collaborative.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
