The Guitar Repair Technician at Guitar Center performs maintenance and repair services on customer-owned guitars and store inventory, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, technical skill, and product knowledge to support musicians and enhance their musical experience. The technician also participates in sales training and may assist with warranty repairs and other duties as needed.
