Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of commercial healthcare experience
• 6+ years in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business rules/processes
• 3+ years in State Medicaid payer system integration and delivery , with knowledge of MITA principles, data structures, EDI processes, and related file formats

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of CMS Federal Certification requirements
• Experience with MMIS projects or operations
• Project management background
