Up Cut Lawn Care is looking for a reliable, hardworking Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position involves working outdoors in a variety of environments and weather conditions to maintain the curb appeal of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn care including mowing, string trimming (weed eating), edging, and blowing
• Maintain landscape beds by pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, spreading mulch or rock
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Assist with seasonal services like fall clean-ups, aeration, planting, and snow removal
• Work as part of a team to complete daily job routes efficiently and safely
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Up Cut Lawn Care on customer properties

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required to drive company vehicles)
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or with a team
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical labor for extended periods
• Experience in lawn or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required — we will train the right person
• Must follow safety procedures and be coachable
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
