POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of projects, from development through implementation. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen and operational expertise, as the individual will collaborate with external clients as well as internal stakeholders across various departments, including client services, global trade, and operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement efficient project plans to manage ongoing projects effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal Choice teams to foster cross-departmental coordination and cooperation.
• Monitor all internal and external milestones to ensure teams are meeting deadlines and the project remains on track.
• Maintain project status reports and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Engage cross-departmental subject matter experts at the appropriate stages of each project.
• Coordinate resource planning and requirements with departmental stakeholders
• Proactively identify recurring issues and work with subject matter experts within Choice to develop corrective actions.
• Align with external stakeholders on project expectations, communicate timelines and ensure Choice controls are met.
• Advocate for sustainable business processes, prioritizing long-term solutions over temporary workarounds.
• Perform ongoing analysis of productivity-related business processes between clients and the company.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ Years of Customer Facing Experience
• 3 + Years of Project Management Experience
• Exceptional Interpersonal, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Experienced with CRM Tools, in particular, Monday.com
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel once per quarter
