We are seeking a *Title Attorney* to join our dynamic law office in the beautiful mountain town of *Durango, Colorado*. This position is ideal for a new or early-career attorney interested in real estate law and title work. You’ll work closely with experienced title attorneys, gaining valuable mentorship and hands-on experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify title defects and draft curative documents
* Collaborate with oil and gas operators
* Draft Oil and Gas Title Opinions
* Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders
* Maintain organized case files and documentation

*Qualifications:*

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Active New Mexico, Colorado or North Dakota bar license—or ability to obtain one promptly
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Interest in real property and willingness to learn
* Prior experience in real estate, title work, or legal clerking is a plus, but not required
