You'll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure our products are user-friendly and meet customer needs. Responsibilities: Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the user experience of web and mobile applications. Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on user requirements and product specifications. Identify usability issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Analyze test results and create detailed reports with findings and suggestions. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to implement usability improvements. Stay up-to-date on the latest usability testing methodologies and best practices. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a user-centered perspective. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Usability Tester or in a related role focused on user experience. In-depth knowledge of usability testing methods, tools, and best practices. Experience with creating and executing usability test plans and scripts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results and provide actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with UX design principles and practices.
