The Dealership Sales Coach is responsible for developing, delivering, and reinforcing training programs that enhance the performance of Sales Consultants, Business development Reps, and Service Advisors. This role ensures team members are equipped with the skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques necessary to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and support dealership growth.
