📍 Location: McConnellsburg, PA

🕒 Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

💵 Pay: $22.75 – $26.40/hour (based on experience + paint test)

🎁 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 (paid in 3 installments at 3, 6, and 12 months)

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Apply primer, paint, and touch-ups using spray equipment and brushes
• Mask, prep, and unmask parts to meet precise specifications
• Perform light bodywork and prep surfaces for painting
• Mix paints to correct color, consistency, and viscosity
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment
• Apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing for a professional finish
• Conduct quality checks throughout the painting process

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred
• Familiarity with spray equipment, masking, and paint mixing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
