Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have evening availability and a a strong clinical skill set that allows them to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Providing supervision to Limited Licensed clinicians

Assisting the Clinic Director with general tasks and responsibilities (As our clinic continues to grow, so will this role!)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

Active license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LP) to practice in Michigan.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred but not required.

Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Experience working with children, teens, and/or couples a plus!!!

Here's some additional information you should know about the position:

You'll be expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week as a full-time therapist

While there's flexibility for a partial remote schedule, you must be able to provide in-office counseling as well.

You'll need to be willing to work with diverse populations including children ages 8+, teens, couples and families.

Some evenings and Saturdays may be required, though you'll have the flexibility to choose your preferred times.

We offer regular one-on-one meetings with the clinical director, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Our offices are professionally interior-designed to create a comfortable and inviting environment.

Compensation includes a base salary plus fee split, ranging from $60,000 to $90,000+ or more based on experience and caseload.
